Ever
since I made this homepage in 1997, I have
been reviewing its contents from time to time,
especially the introductory part. As changes come
in my life, I feel the self description I have is
no longer valid and I update it with the latest
and best possible way to describe myself. So
here I am, updating the page on Feb 7, 2008.
After a long time, I ventured writing and I am enjoying self expression through these blogs now!

always some things are unchanged. Born Tamil, grew
up in Trivandrum, Kerala and addicted to
Doordardarshan in school days, I enjoyed the
advantage and privilege of exploring
literature and communicating in Tamil, Malayalam
and Hindi.

been a fan of Tamil stories by writer Sujatha
right from childhood. Love
listening to Tamil songs and watching Tamil
movies and dramas. Easily thrilled to hear
someone chatting in Tamil next to me in a

Malayalam movies and love chatting in
Malayalam to all my friends and collegemates.
Thrilled to spot a Malayalee and glad to start
off a Mallu conversation.

Hindi
is my love, my poetry. Somehow, I could
express my most intense feelings very easily
in Hindi. Listening to Hindi Songs (Man chahe
geet..) in radio made me feel so close to the
language and I love to concentrate on song
lyrics. Urdu entices me, as a novice , it is
thrilling to appreciate the beauty of the
language and ghazals bring the peace along
with strong, punchy lines.
